Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns, but please contact us with any issues you may have with your order so that we can make it right:  info@appliedartscoffee.com


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Because this is a perishable item, we do not accept returns, but if your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the damage or item in error within a day of receipt, and email us at info@appliedartscoffee.com so we can make it right, usually by sending a replacement bag(s) of coffee.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
